The add-on always bills monthly — annual pricing applies to the base plan only. Questions? Ask us.
A bad deploy at 14:32? We roll your database back to 14:31 — not to last night’s backup, not to “whenever the snapshot ran.”

One installed website at one domain — a WordPress install, a static site, a small app. Subdomains that are part of the same site (like blog.yourname.com) count as the same site. If you are not sure, ask; we err on the generous side.
